Championship Flight Caddies
Caddies are allowed in Championship flight and may ride in the golf cart with their player. Please email Liz to register your caddy.

Good to Know !
If parking lot is full, please do not park on the street. The valet will be on duty and will handle overflow parking. This service is complimentary, tips not included.
Overnight bag storage is available. This service is also at no charge.
No tips are included so please remember to show your appreciation to the staff for their excellent service.
Day One - Sunday, May 5th

Range Opens: 11:00am
In carts ready for announcements 12:45pm.
Cocktail Party "Cinco de Mayo" with light appetizers following golf. Outside seating is available. Cash bar.
Day Two - Monday, May 6th
8:30 AM Shotgun
Range Opens: 7:00 am
In carts and ready for announcements 8:15am
Awards lunch follows golf to cheer our winners.
Outside seating available! Cash bar.
Guests - Cocktail Party and Awards Banquet:
Guests are welcome- cost for guests each day is $40.
Please email Liz to make a reservation for your guest(s).
Practice Rounds
Registered Players are eligible to play one (1) practice round at Lago Mar. Practice rounds are offered Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday - April 30th May 1st and May 2nd. Caddies allowed. No guests are allowed.
Sign up sheet opens Thursday April 25th at 7:30 AM.
Please do not call Lago Mar for tee times.

Golf Genius
With real time scoring Golf Genius has changed the world of Amateur Events. Players, friends and family can now follow the tournament on their phones. Gone are the days of waiting hours for scoring to tally each score card. One player in each group will be asked to volunteer to enter the scores into Golf Genius at the end of each hole. This is a fast and easy process, no more difficult than writing the score on a score card.
Friends and Family can follow live scoring by entering HDJ8YX into the Golf Genius App.
Players scoring codes will be printed on your scorecard.

The BCWA Online Auction
Our tournament auction returns with all new awesome auction items and our most popular "play foursomes" donated by local businesses and golf courses who support us. All bidding will be done on your phone and we will have all auction items on display Sunday evening following golf at our cocktail party for in person viewing. This auction provides the needed funds for the Broward Am to continue to grow as the premier women's competitive event in Broward County, and to support our donor recipients; The First Tee of Broward, LPGA USGA Girls Golf and Forelife.
Bidders are notified in real time of higher bids placed.
Bids placed in the last minutes will extend the bidding 5 minutes.
No last second bidding.
Winners notified at close of auction.
Payments will be made from your device on PayPal or Credit Card.
Winners will receive their items at the awards banquet on Monday following the tournament.
